Our plush/stuffed toy business began with the love of the stuffed animals in 1989 with a wholesale store and a warehouse in Los Angeles. There have been so many kinds of plush toys or stuffed animals in the plush toy market, but we see the lack of design details and fine quality in stuffed animal business. And then we put our own effort to design high quality plush toys with more details in production to distribute the toys in US market. We select and buy our own materials to manufacture. It takes so many routes in detail to produce one finished product. By that now we supply many different high quality stuffed animals with very competitive price and for full customer satisfaction.

Q: Do I need a tax ID number or CA Resale Certificate or 501c tax exempt status?
A: If you are a reseller, you must enter you tax ID number in your online account. Additionally, if you are a reseller within the state of California, you will also need to fax us your CA Resale Certificate to 213.626.2308. If you are a non-profit organization that is exempt from taxes, we will require you to fax us your proof of tax exemption to 213.626.2308
Q: What is the minimum order?
A: There is currently$200 minimum order.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, we do not ship internationally.
Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: No, because our products and inventory constantly changes, we no longer publish a catalog. Please visit our website at www.charminggarcetoys.com for our complete inventory and stock.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Q: Can you sell me just one toy?
A: No. Unless the case pack is just one, the minimum quantity is one case per product.
Shipping
We ship nationwide within the continental US either via Fedex or Trucking at customers?choice. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated according to what customers select. There are four shipping options available:
Fedex Ground or Trucking: It is the cheapest way of shipping and may take up to ten working days to deliver depending on the area. We would like you to understand that we can not guarantee a definite delivery date to any customers because the shipping companies will not do that so to us.
The chance is very high for the customers who are in California to receive a Fedex Ground shipment in one or two working days. Shipping to the other parts of the country may require 5 to 7 working days. In most situations, we will ship out orders on the next day. Orders made on weekends or major national holidays will be sent orders on the first business day right after weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation E-mail as we ship out your orders.
We are not shipping to any P.O. Box addresses, but just to a street address. Please make sure to include suite/apartment numbers if any. Also we are not responsible for lost items and you have to contact Fedex or trucking company handling your shipment.
You have to enter separate orders in the following situations:
1. If you want to ship to two or more different shipping addresses; or,
2. If you want to use different shipping options (ground, third day, second day, or next day) for different batch of items, even though those are shipped to the same shipping address.
