Return Policy

We, at charminggracetoys.com, are committed to offer you the best price, quality and values with the best services. Our first priority is our customers?satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for any reasons, you may return the merchandises for a refund with 10% restocking fee within Ten (10) days of receipt them. All returns must be received within fifteen (15) business days after authorized. But no return allowed for all seasonal merchandise (e.g., Christmas, Valentine, Easter, Mother's day, Graduation).

You are responsible for all shipping charges involved in returning the merchandise to us. Failure to prepay for the shipping of the returned merchandise will result in rejection of shipment. The refund will be credited to your credit card account in about two (2) weeks. You will not be refunded the original shipping charges to ship out to you. We are not responsible for any lost returns.
